Your entire retreat, including workshops, ceremonies, and experiences captured by a professional photographer
Mini Brand Shoot for all participants (15 mins with each participant)
Priority Preview Gallery delivered within 10 days — perfect for marketing your next retreat (usually about 25-50 photos)
2 Pre-Retreat Feature Posts on my Instagram & Facebook, putting your experience in front of my audience
Full Gallery of Edited Images documenting the energy, emotion, and essence of your retreat, delivered between 3-4 weeks after your retreat
PLUS a Mini Brand Shoot for each retreat host (up to 3 hosts)

Investment
Weekend Retreat (2–3 days)
$1,200 + all travel costs
(including lodging during retreat, flights & hotel before/after retreat, and a $50 travel meal stipend)
Weeklong Retreat (4–7 days)
$2,000 + $250 for each day over 4 days + all travel costs
(including lodging during retreat, flights & hotel before/after retreat, and a $200 travel meal stipend)
Example:
6-day retreat = $2,000 + ($250 × 2) + travel costs = $2,500 + travel costs
Sami will book flights once stipend has been received — please note that regular (non-basic) economy tickets are required, along with 1 checked bag at minimum & travel insurance.
