I am the founder and now co-host of Sarasota’s Movers & Shakers Networking Group — with 1.3k women and rising! I regularly host workshops on building tech fluency, deepening self-expression, and crafting your aligned brand. In addition, I am also a retreat host, having previously hosted four business-focused retreats (two on the Gulf Coast of Florida, one in Sedona, and one in Joshua Tree!) for my retreat business Release & Activate.

Light snacks, drinks and food will be provided.
I will lead us through a group drop in/meditation prior to getting started, and we will also have a group sharing circle at the beginning to set the intention for what we'd like to bring out in our photos!
Pre-planned content creation: When you are not in front of the camera, you can collab with the other therapists on reels, social media content and more!
